  When we were moving out, I got 2 great cleaners in for 5 hours each to clean the house, the house was cleaner than when we moved in, there was no doubt in my mind. Yet still a problem with a bit of dust on the top of a couple of powerpoints.

  When we finally moved out it took over 3 weeks to get the ball rolling with getting our bond back and a bit of hassling on my end to help to try and get things moving. After I'd hassled them, sufficiently it would seem, it took about 5 days for the form to be sent to me, returned and for the bond to be returned, so it's clear that they just didn't want to do it, if it took over 3 weeks of nothing and then 5 days to complete it once they 'wanted' to.

  I rented a house through this Real Estate and would NEVER make the same mistake twice - thankfully we're out of the rent loop now for a while.

  They are prone to over stepping the rights that a 'property manager' has, to the point where I had a conversation with my neighbours one afternoon over the fence even about the husband smoking and coughing up a lung at 4 am every morning ... later that day, I get a phone call from the real estate telling me not to speak to my neighbours and what was I doing, to my knowledge, speaking to neighbours especially when they are interfering with the quiet enjoyment of the property that we were renting is something that they can't stop us from doing. Instead they should have fixed the problem... Just ridiculous. Throughout my life i've dealt with some interesting and abrasive people. The people at this real Estate are up there.

  I had cause to ring their office on an occasion and even their phone manner is sub par and unprofessional - they struggle to return calls.

  If ZERO stars were available, I'd have picked that. Good luck with anyone that chooses to rent through them, in my opinion it is just not worth it by any stretch of the imagination.

  Shocking Real Estate Agents,we had to take them to the Tribunal, they received a stern warning and we received compensation of three months rent free.. Whole family lack professionalism , even selling a house they are not enthusiastic , we bought through a different agent and rented while house was being renovated . As stated changing the name doesnt change the service.. utter Pigs

  The management from the real estate side of things is appalling, I was constantly having argument with them over things - they were brash and unprofessional. I'm no pleasure to get along with either and it does take two to tango, but god damn. I would never rent through these people again or have anything to do with them again. I've rented houses for 13 years in about 5 different houses and this is the poorest example of a Real Estate agency I've ever heard of.

  NB: I am not the easiest person to get along with, I fully acknowledge this, I would just like to have seen some degree of professionalism displayed at any stage throughout the process.

  There was also chat about the 'chips' in the tiles in the kitchen, I had told them explicitly each time that they did an inspection that it was not us that was causing that damage. All it would take to ascertain that it wasn't us that did it would be to think about how many chips are in their kitchen tiles and if the answer was none in say 10 years, then it's fair to assume that we didn't cause 12 in 2 years. I mean, we treated that house like it was ours, had a regular cleaner, brother spent hundreds on getting the lawn looking good, in the beginning someone must had gone around the edges with roundup because there was no grass within 4 inches of the concrete edging. That was all remedied over the time we lived there, we even pressure cleaned part of the driveway.

  I thought this was Thomas real estate ? I don't think changing your name if that's what you are doing will make you a professional real estate your bad service skills and your deceiving ways in business can't change just because of a name .but if it's a new bunch of real estate who are professional moving in there the community welcomes them I'm sure with a big sigh of relief .

  I would never deal with these unprofessional people again it was a real rough renting time with these people and I would urge anyone to give serious consideration to not using them either.
